SAM Learning

A number of Cumbrian Secondary schools have chosen to subsribe to SAM Learning with support from Pathfinder.

The Fischer Family Trust (an independent charity) recently conducted an analysis of the GCSE results of over 31,000 individual students who used SAM to prepare for exams. They found pupils who used e-learning for as little as 10 hours achieved 4.5% more 5+A*-C GCSEs than expected based on prior attainment. Pupils were from 437 state secondary schools across England including 14 LEA sponsored projects.
